If you wish to return the items ordered for any reason, you have 14 days from the reception of the order to put forward the request.


WHICH ARTICLES ORDERES ON THE SITE CAN BE RETURNED?

All the products on the site can be returned. Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.

WHICH IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?

You have a legal right to 14 days as from the reception of the goods to tell us your intention to return a product to us and the reason for this return. Once we have given you a return authorization number, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 3 days.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ITEMS WHEN THEY ARE RETURNED?

Upon reception of your return parcel and the validation by our services, you will receive a confirmation email of your item having been returned. Next Woopeye will refund the whole order amount in 28 days to the account used for the transaction except for the delivery charge.For all the aspects not specified kindly check the European laws for E-commerce.

REFUNDS

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days. FAULTY GOODS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. On receiving an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subjected to availability. EXCHANGES

In order to avoid disappointment we advise you to place a new order for any items you wish to exchange and request a refund for your return item/s, as the item/s you want may sell out in the time it takes us to receive and process your return.
